And finally what steps can you take today to achieve the small goals?
Trying to reach our long term goals can deter us from reaching the small ones. Because they seem so unattainable.
But if you have someone around you that can walk with you and encourage you and maybe give you a push from time to time, then slowly with small steps you can accomplish and reach the long term goals that you seek.
